Governor-General Louise Arbour calls for trust in each other, institutions in first speech

Canada's new Governor-General, Louise Arbour, just gave her first speech. She wants Canadians to trust each other and our government, and to respect everyone's differences. This is important because she's worried about people becoming too divided and how new technology might affect us.
