A 'quarter to a third' of Smith's caucus against pipeline deal with Ottawa, says former MLA

Some politicians in Alberta are not happy with a deal their leader made with the Prime Minister about building a new oil pipeline. This means there's disagreement within their own team about a big project that could help get Alberta's oil to other places.
